Tacchinardi® , it is a long tradition of pastry chefs. It
differs from Tortionata Tacchinardi® because of the
stronger flavour of bitter almonds, like the ones in Fanfullini
macaroons. It represents a unique marriage between sweet
almonds and armelline almonds and the other absolutely
pure ingredients: natural flour, top quality fresh butter, especially
produced in the Lodi area for Tacchinardi, grated
lemon rind and, lastly, a sprinkling of delicious icing
sugar.
